Take the Time
Welcome to the New Year! For those of us who are Empathic the daily struggle to find a healthy energy
balance is real. In these days and times we are surrounded by plenty of stressful events like the high costs of
living, trying to pay bills, grocery shopping etc on top of what we may be dealing with personally.
Now there are many definitions of “chaotic” but put simply it means unpredictable, disorganized, and lively.
Now none of these things means anything bad. It just means you have to be ‘on guard’ with respect to your own
needs. There are a great many who can use this type of energy to replenish, refresh, and gain a healthy benefit.
Likewise, there are those who do not know how to handle such energy and hence find themselves feeling weary,
overwhelmed, and sometimes sick.
The world of late is all full of such “chaotic” energy. Fights, war, rising costs, jobs being lost or dismissed, and
so on. Many of these things cannot be controlled by any one person but yet each one needs to be able to take
advantage of such energy. It can be very hard for a person to sort through such energies. Not only these outside
factors but with having personal factors daily there needs to be a way to gain energies with a healthy benefit and
without adding more harm.
Whether you have monetary issues, family health problems, invalids to take care of or just a stressful job at
hand, you need to find a way to take time for yourself and find your way through all the chaos to find benefit and
health.
Whether that means taking 10 minutes a day to meditate, or maybe a walk in the woods, or perhaps just sitting
quietly in a room, the time has to be made. You have to sort what is best for you and let go of what is not. It is
something that initially takes time and you must set it aside for yourself but yet overtime will become something
of a habit so you know what to keep and what to discard.
